success worldwide is the up-to-date trainings and development
programs offered to their employees. Every McDonald’s
employee should undertake since day-one extensive courses
and training programs to ensure high quality and superior
service, and in return earn customer’s satisfaction.
In addition to the store training, McDonald’s established
a University in the United States with branches in many countries
across the globe, offering credited B.S degree. Locally McDonald’s
Saudi Arabia has a training and development center offering
training and development programs for beginner and junior
levels. Whereby, all McDonald’s employees go through
these programs locally before they move to advanced programs
abroad. Investment in this scope reached 2 million Saudi Riyals
during the last 10 years. Nevertheless, all courses and training
programs have been Arabized and taught by Arabic-speaking
instructors to local employees.
