McDonald’s Kuwait Celebrates this year’s Earth Day with “Go Green” Event

McDonald’s Kuwait in celebration of Earth Day, a worldwide effort to stress the importance of environmental protection, collaborated with the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources and organized the “Go Green” event at its Salwa Park branch. With the support of the Shabab Alkair Group, children from a wide range of local special needs organizations such as Al Kharafie Kids Center, Abeer 2, Kuwait English School and Autism organizations, as well as the McDonald’s family and members of the community that reside in Mishref and Salwa planted trees and flowers in the park, in hopes of restoring the greenery that is missing in the park’s landscape.  More
